You can ask us to delete your Brandlance account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what data is deleted, what we may keep for legal reasons, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the Brandlance app and go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.
Option 2 — Submit the form below
Complete the request form on this page, or email privacy@brandlance.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Account Deletion". We may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed, to protect your account.
What data is deleted
- Your profile and account details (name, email, phone, username).
- Identity verification documents and selfies, subject to the retention note below.
- Saved payment methods, wallet addresses and preferences.
- Support history and marketing preferences associated with your account.
What we may retain
Some information must be kept for a limited period even after account deletion to comply with the law and prevent fraud. This may include:
- Transaction and KYC/AML records we are legally required to retain (typically up to the period required by applicable financial regulations).
- Records needed for tax, accounting, dispute resolution or to enforce our agreements.
- Information retained in secure backups, which is purged on our regular backup cycle.

How long it takes
- We acknowledge requests within 72 hours.
- Verified accounts are deactivated immediately and personal data is deleted within 30 days, except data we must retain for legal reasons.
- Data held in backups is removed within our backup rotation, generally no later than 90 days.
